Job Description: App Growth: As a Product Manager on the App Growth team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of how is disrupting retail, empowering the team to deliver innovative and human-centered customer experiences. You will drive product strategy and development from concept to launch, while partnering closely with key internal teams and stakeholders, engaging in customer research, and executing data-driven prioritization. You’ll work with a team of product managers, UX designers, and engineers to design, build, and launch initiatives that address customer needs, business objectives, and deliver meaningful impact towards our key results.
This role is hybrid preferred which means you should be located within a drivable distance to one of our corporate offices (in priority order) Richfield, MN or Atlanta, GA. You may be asked to come into the office up to three days per week.
Position Summary/Job Description:
What you’ll do
• Demonstrate empathy for customers and steer strategies to build customer trust
• Demonstrate the test / learn / iterate mindset
• Lead teams to innovate and transform by embracing new ways of working
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities to improve retention
• Partner with cross-functional teams (decision science, marketing, product, engineering, operations) to identify and deliver experiences that improve customer retention
• Design models, success metrics, and reporting to measure the performance of retention campaigns and overall program effectiveness
• Create test plans to optimize campaign audience selection
Skills Overview:

• 4+ yrs. experience relevant Product Management Experience (Dev, UX, Strategy, etc.)
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• 2+ yrs. relevant experience in strategy creation, customer focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, etc.
• Collaborative personality with excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate, influence and manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders; building strong relationships is critical to our success
What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
• 8+ years directly related experience
• 4+ years of people management and team leadership experience
• 3+ years leadership and people management
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field

Hybrid - Local to Minneapolis or Atlanta preferred
