Job Requirements / Description
As a Technical Analyst - Program Support Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery and ongoing support of our managed services program. Work closely with both our offshore team in India and cross-functional teams within the client organization to identify process gaps, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., .Net, Angular, Python, PowerShell).

Experience with healthcare data and systems.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Knowledge of automation tools and methodologies (e.g., RPA, AI, Client).
