Position Details:
Position Type: Contract -20 hours a week
Job Location: Schaumburg, Il
Compensation: $ 30-32/hour
Job Description: Vendor Management Tool Support:
- Assist with the actioning of on-boarding and off-boarding tasks within our vendor management tool.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all vendor-related activities.
Mailbox Management:
- Field questions and respond to inquiries in the team mailbox.
- Provide timely and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Reviews and Assessments:
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments with contract owners to identify and mitigate third-party risks.
- Document and report findings, providing recommendations for risk mitigation.
Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Data analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and risk management software.
