JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to define new KPIs and bring them to fruition in a data-driven manner. The candidate will be responsible for identifying drivers of our KPIs, conducting impact analysis, and analysing the end-to-end customer journey to optimize it based on insights from automated reports and datasets. The role requires a deep understanding of causal modelling, experimentation, and statistical analysis to drive decisions and improvements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and implement new KPIs to measure and enhance performance.
Identify key drivers of KPIs through detailed feature usage and customer action analysis.
Conduct impact analysis of existing KPIs to understand their effect on company metrics and ROI.
Analyse the end-to-end customer journey, define the ideal journey, and build automated reports for continuous improvement.
Independently build datasets for modelling with minimal guidance, to support advanced data analysis and insights.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Expertise in SQL and causal modelling.
Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Qlik Sense/Tableau).
Proficient in GitHub & AWS for project management and deployment.
Domain Experience:
Prior experience in data science within a technology or financial services industry is preferred. A background in working with client models both supervised and unsupervised is necessary.
