Job Description
The successful candidate is a key member of the Growth Team leading the solution development for new business pursuits and recompetes. You will work closely with capture and proposal managers, technical experts, business leaders, and customers to craft compelling solutions to achieve the customer’s vision and objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leading discovery activities to identify and fully understand customer needs and challenges
Developing comprehensive solutions, to include technical, management, teaming components
Authoring white papers, solution graphics, charts, and other artifacts to support shaping activities
Validating proposed solutions for feasibility, compliance, and quality
Leading creation and writing of technical and management sections of proposals and RFI responses
The projected compensation range for this position is $160K to $200K (annualized USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.
Required Skills
Demonstrated experience developing winning solutions for Digital Transformation related pursuits
Demonstrated experience contributing to Federal government proposals ($50M+) in Solutions Architect, Technical Lead, or Volume Lead roles
Expertise in Microsoft technologies and frameworks associated with Architecture, Cloud, AI/ML, Agile Development, DevSecOps, and Cybersecurity
Knowledge of management and technology best practices, standards, and methodologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Desirable Skills
Microsoft certification for Azure, Power Platform, and/or Dynamics 365
Understanding of priorities, technologies, and competitive landscape in the Homeland Security, Judicial, Regulatory, or Defense markets
