Job Requirements / Description
RESPONSIBLITIES
Develop an enterprise standard user experience across three different network instances of the government O365 tenant.
Develop an enterprise standard user experience and capability supporting Knowledge and Records Management within the Microsoft SharePoint suite to include:
Implementing a hierarchy of restricted access to stored data.
Implementing a management and response workflow for tracking FOIA requests.
Develop ad-hoc, customized reporting using PowerBI.
Support data migrations into and out the SharePoint environment.
Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet.
Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.
Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences.
Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar.
At least 5 years of experience as a SharePoint and Power Platform developer.
Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerShell, and Office 365.
Experience with the Nintex process platform
Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in business management from an accredited institution
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America. Sponsorship will not be a part of this contract.
Must successfully complete a Blue Sky and customer background screening.
CLASSIFICATION/SECURITY
TS/SCI Security Clearance required.
