Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Director to lead our information technology department. The IT Director will be responsible for overseeing all IT operations, ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business goals, and driving the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Technology Leadership: Provide leadership and direction for the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.

Cybersecurity: Ensure the security of the company's IT systems and data by implementing robust cybersecurity measures and protocols.

Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

System Integration: Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems with existing infrastructure.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and privacy laws.

User Support: Provide high-level support for IT-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.

Training and Development: Oversee the training and development of IT staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to support the company's technology needs.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in IT management software and tools.
