Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator with a strong focus on Cisco Routing and Switching (R/S) technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and security across our organization.
Skillset: Cisco CCNA/CCNP Certified Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and manage Cisco routing and switching systems.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
Implement and maintain network security protocols and policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and initiatives.
Conduct regular network assessments and capacity planning to ensure scalability.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding network issues.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in network technology.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in network administration with a focus on Cisco R/S technologies.
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher certification preferred.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches.
Experience with network monitoring tools and protocols (e.g., SNMP, NetFlow).
Knowledge of network security practices and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
