Job Description:
ITSM ServiceNow Consultant with 10+ years of hands on Technical experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, HR Services.
Required Qualifications:
" At least 8+ years of Information Technology experience
" At least 6 years of experience in the following:
" Hands-On development experience the areas of ITSM,ITOM and HRSD
" Client interaction and Project Delivery handling while maintaining a high degree of customer relationship and satisfaction
" Integration of ServiceNow with other Applications & toolsets
" Customer Service Management, Portal Development, Internationalization.
Should be proficient in ServiceNow domain and how to write and manipulate objects in ServiceNow (both Server side and Client side) with 6+ years of experience.
- Experience in Service Catalog and building workflows/record producers.
- Experience in CMDB module.
- Good experience in writing Business Rules, Script Includes and other Server Side components.
- Experience in writing highly performant Web Applications and an eye for detail.
- Experience in performing test code written on ServiceNow platform
" Provide support to Implement ServiceNow Projects
" Liaison between the client and functional/technical teams
" Advocate the use of Agile Implementation to simplify the delivery of ServiceNow Projects with different clients.
" Develop and maintain a Project Plan and Integrated Schedule in support of assigned capability
" Create, review and update documents and matrices, and provide status reports - Develop charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams that identify trends to assist in the analysis of capability problems
