Job Title: ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (Healthcare & FSM)
Location: Tampa, FL (Remote)
Duration: Full Time / Permanent
Direct Client Need
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse Current Processes: Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Design and Implement FSM Solutions: Develop and implement FSM solutions tailored to the health care environment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Project Management: Lead and manage FSM implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Change Management: Facilitate change management processes, including training and support for staff affected by new processes.
Documentation: Document all aspects of business processes and maintain detailed records of project outcomes.
Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations and standards, including health care-specific requirements.
Qualifications / Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process consulting, with a focus on FSM implementation in health care.
Experience with FSM software and technologies.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of health care regulations and standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Certifications / Education:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Health Care Management, or a related field. - Preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) Preferred
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Preferred
Lean Six Sigma - Preferred
