Title :- Data Analyst I
Location :- Remote - PST or MST time zone
Duration :- 3 Months Contract with possible extension
Payrate :- $25 per hr on W2
For this role, candidates will be taking ticket submissions from Jira and making sure everything is formatted correctly. Then the candidate will upload the ticket into a portal, perform reviews, and follow up with the vendor/internal DoorDash member to resolve whatever issue they have come across. They will also research any discrepancies/cross check issues in the system.
They want someone who is detail oriented, organized, can work cross-functionally with different teams and have excellent communication skills. DO NOT want someone super technical, just want someone to help keep the data clean/organized in the system.
Must Have: For this role specifically, Jira is a hard requirement. Candidates will be manipulating data in a Google Sheets/Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables, formula experience, etc.) so they must be proficient in Google Sheets and Excel. Intermediate SQL experience is preferred but not a hard requirement.
Job Titles/Industry: Data Entry Specialist, Supply Chain/Procurement industry experience preferred/nice to have but not a hard requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience (willing to consider candidates with a high school diploma and 3-4+ years of professional experience as long as they have strong experience within the data space).
