POSITION SUMMARY
The Employee Data Specialist is responsible for collecting, maintaining, and reporting data related to the employee experience within the organization. The specialist will collaborate the Employee Experience Manager and HR to identify areas of improvement, design user-friendly interfaces, and develop insights that will help improve the overall employee experience. The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and experience in managing data dashboards.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain data dashboards to track key metrics related to the employee experience.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by managing access and permissions to data dashboards and other HR systems.
Administer survey applications, distribute surveys, such as engagement surveys and exit interviews, and analyze data to identify areas of improvement related to the employee experience.
Use advanced Excel skills to create complex formulas and pivot tables to perform data analysis, create reports, and manage participation files.
Collaborate with the Employee Experience Manager and HR to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to enhance the employee experience.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and trends.
Coordinate the logistics and administration of employee experience projects, such as scheduling training sessions, maintaining resources, and tracking program participation.
Create reports for presentations that communicate key findings and recommendations.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data dashboards and related survey platforms.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in survey administration.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in platform administration, data analysis, HR, employee experience, or a related field.
Experience building effective PowerPoint presentations.
Experience working in a remote/virtual team
Experience in managing data dashboards and access to HR systems.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with data organization.
Proven advanced skills in Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas and pivot tables.
Ability to communicate effectively including the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across the organization.
