Requirements
Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
