CNC Programmer

Express Employment is currently seeking an experienced and skilled CNC Programmer. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to manufacture precision parts and components.

Responsibilities

Program and set up CNC machines based on engineering drawings and specifications

Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting tools

Operate CNC machines to fabricate precision parts and components

Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues

Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards

Maintain accurate records of programming and machining activities

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years of experience programming and operating CNC machines

Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines

Strong knowledge of CNC machining principles and techniques

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset

Good communication and teamwork abilities
