The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET application support, with a solid understanding of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell, and proficiency in SQL. This role requires both technical acumen and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to ensure high availability and performance of our applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Support:
Provide end-to-end support for .NET applications, including issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Analyze application logs and code to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and defects.
Perform routine checks and monitor application health to preemptively address potential issues.
Scripting and Automation:
Develop and maintain scripts in Python and PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
Implement and support automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve system reliability.
Database Management:
Utilize SQL to query databases, perform data analysis, and troubleshoot database-related issues.
Ensure data integrity and performance by optimizing SQL queries and managing database configurations.
Technical Skills:
Strong experience with .NET applications, including reading and understanding code.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
Solid knowledge of SQL and experience in database management and troubleshooting.
