The Senior Program Manager - Electrical oversees the overall direction of large, complex and/or multiple projects.The Senior Project Manager is responsible to plan and oversee the project to ensure a timely and cost effective outcome. This includes budgeting, organization, management, implementation and scheduling of the project. He/she will oversee a smooth transition from the estimate/pre-construction phase to construction, including design management. He/she is responsible for ensuring the project/area is constructed in a safe, ethical manner, and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

He/she will oversee the local Utility’s design and delivery of a new 12Kv service to campus, as well as the design and construction of a new switchgear station and a separate, remote backup generation facility. Higher Education campus experience preferred.

 

Senior Program Manager - Electrical Required Qualifications:

6+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction.

6+ years track record of delivering on-time projects.

6+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.

6+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.

6+ years managing and developing successful teams.

Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Engineering or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.
