Job Description:
At least 5 years exp in Encompass
Functional and admin capabilities
Knowledge of loan origination solutions
Proven experience as a Functional Consultant/admin with mortgage loan origination.
Knowledge of Encompass tool suite, specifically admin tools.
Offshore-onsite Model working experience, ETL Design, Leading team with technical directions.
Issue resolution, implementation and Prod support
Test Driven Development approach and mindset
Developer experience in MS Tech Stack - .net & SQL
Perform delivery activities such as analysis, design, configuration, documentation, testing, post implementation support and issue resolution.
Analyze and document client requirements to create functional specifications.
Interact with client and demonstrate understanding of their business and technical needs.
Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions work as intended.
Deliver presentations and training sessions to clients and end-users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders
Understanding Business Requirement and converting to functional specification, Execution Planning
Hands on administrative and configuration tasks for ICE MT’s Encompass tool suites
Flexibility to work in Development/Maintenance Support type of work, work in shifts (if needed) and open to learn new technologies as per requirements
Configure ICE MT’s Encompass tools to meet client-specific needs.
