Entry Level Brokerage Operations Analyst
Option: Hybrid
Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months
Rate: $20/hr W2
They will start on-site, but position is for hybrid position 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Will do 2 rounds of interviews for those strongly considered.
SUMMARY
This position is in Account Services Operations, which primarily consists of supporting the new account opening process (both paper and online), stock plan activation, and account maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review paper and electronic documents/applications to determine good order.
Manually process documents/applications as needed with speed and accuracy.
Handle exception and reconciliation reports, and help execute risk controls.
Quickly respond to related Operations and Customer Service inquiries.
Work with various lines of business to identify fraudulent or high-risk new accounts.
Process all work daily to maintain excellent service levels.
BASIC Minimum of 1 year of financial operations experience or equivalent
PREFERRED
1+ years experience with rules and regulations governing bank and brokerage accounts
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience creating DocuSign forms
Strong written and oral communication skills with a track record of excellent customer service
Strong analytical skills including ability to research, schedule, analyze and present findings
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual, able to work independently or as part of a team
