Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Scrum Master. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

 

This position requires a candidate local to Nashville, TN

 

Responsibilities:

Serves as the “servant leader” of the Scrum team by removing impediments and helping the team remain successful and on schedule.

Must have a sufficient understanding of technology to enable them to lead team members and help them overcome their development roadblocks

Understand business strategy and objectives, and be able to ensure that development work is prioritized by business value and results align with objectives.

The incumbent provides advanced professional input to complex assignments/projects.

Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals.

Works autonomously, only requiring “expert” level technical support from others.

Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures.

Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends.

 Qualifications:

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban

Proven facilitation skills and the ability to ask thought-provoking questions that help a team pinpoint their challenges and solutions

Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and bridging the gap between each

Well-versed in project management software (e.g., Jira)
