Position Overview

As a ServiceNow Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects within the organization.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform.

The ServiceNow Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that project objectives are met, and delivery timelines are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:                        

Project Planning and Execution:            

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables.                 

Coordinate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and success criteria.                  

Execute projects using established project management methodologies and best practices.            

Experience with Fixed Price and T&M project - Estimation techniques, Preparing contracts, Track effort and requirements to closure; Handling out-of-scope to Change Request                     

ServiceNow Platform Expertise:            

Possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its modules, and capabilities.              

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and customization of ServiceNow solutions.                      

Stakeholder Management:                     

Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and team members.                     

Manage expectations and ensure alignment between project outcomes and stakeholder requirements.               

Resource Management:             

Allocate resources efficiently to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.            

Work closely with technical teams, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources.                       

Risk Management:                    

Identify and mitigate project risks by implementing proactive strategies.             

Monitor and manage issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.  

Quality Assurance:             

Ensure that deliverables meet high-quality standards.                 

Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications / Skills:

7 to 8 years of IT Experience required

Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow project implementation required.            

Proven experience managing ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion. 

Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Active required.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Any bachelors graduation or equivalent work Experience

Certifications Preferred:

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (like PRINCE2)              

ServiceNow ITSM Intermediate/Pro                  

ServiceNow Now Create                      

Agile Development                   

ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management
