Operations Analyst - Exempt

The person in this role will shadow a tenured resource to be cross trained around Document Publishing, Content Management and/or Job Scheduling responsibilities, completing day-to-day operations and project tasks and troubleshooting incidents/problems.

Preferred skills:

" Experience with Confluence, Adobe Experience Manager, Job Scheduling or Business Intelligence tools (any of the areas the team currently supports)

" Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with Business and Technical contacts

" Platform support for shared infrastructure components hosted on prem and in vendor PaaS solutions.

" Incident and Problem management experience

Preferred experience with vendor management, PaaS supporting Content Management or Document Publishing
