Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mid-tier Software Engineer to support the development and verification of Software. This software is critical for ensuring that the Cleint can efficiently plan and execute its mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Harden infrastructure for development and production environments.
Build and operate continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Deploy containerized applications using container orchestration tools.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automating infrastructure.
Integrate with Department of Defense (DoD) practices for cloud and deployment environments.
Basic Qualifications:
Active U.S. Government Security Clearance
Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines or other CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins).
Implementing DevSecOps practices within a DoD environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with .NET environments (.vbproj, .csproj) and InstallShield.
Proficiency with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., HashiCorp Terraform, Ansible).
Experience with Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) and Windows environments.
Familiarity with government cloud environments (e.g., AWS).
Knowledge of container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Rancher, OpenShift) and container software (e.g., Docker, Podman).
Experience with security tools for SAST, DAST, and SCA (e.g., Fortify, JFrog XRay).
Proficiency with Git version control.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
