Job Requirements / Description


Extensive experience in developing custom solution using patterns and scripts in ServiceNow for Platform-to-Application dependencies.

Experience in ServiceNow Service Mapping should encompass a track record of successfully completing a minimum of 100 complex pattern-based Service Maps. This includes tasks such as debugging patterns and probes, troubleshooting logs for error resolution, creating new custom patterns for mapping essential services, and adapting existing patterns to align with organizational configurations.

Extensive experience building custom solution with scripting and coding in ServiceNow, building custom extension patterns, developing client and server scripts, and creating new business rules.

Understanding protocols and technologies such as HTTP, SSH, JDBC, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, REST, API, ESB, etc.

Knowledge of Web and Application Servers, Load Balancers, Databases, and Virtualization (WebSphere, MQ, IIS, Apache, VMware).

Ability to think out-of-the-box and bring creative approaches to tackle complex use cases.

High level of initiative with a proven ability to work independently.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
