For one of our Clients in the Insurance Segment we are searching for Oracle Service Cloud Engineer.
Responsibilities
Strong Oracle RightNow implementation experience with below activities.
Agent console and CP customizations.
Chat, Knowledge & CP interfacing with custom portals.
Rules & Workflow Implementation.
eMail Management.
Custom Add-in development.
Custom Processes development.
REST API development.
Skills
Must have
Must have strong technical experience demonstrating a solid background on successful Oracle B2C Service Cloud (Rightnow) implementations. o Agent console and CP customizations o Chat, Knowledge & CP interfacing with custom portals o Rules & Workflow Implementation o eMail Management o Custom Add-in development o Custom Processes development o REST API development
Sound knowledge on AJAX, HTML/CSS, PHP.
Conduct operational support for Oracle RightNow CRM workspaces.
Define, document and align users profiles with business functions, create workspaces, and develop automated workflows.
Provide administrative support on a daily basis, including provisioning and de-provisioning.
Develop operational reports and dashboards, provide documentation of processes and procedures.
Troubleshooting experience in variety of technical issues.
Knowledge of SSO, SAML & OAUTH implementation.
Nice to have
Insurance domain exp.
Below trainings/certifications completed, is preferred
Oracle Service Cloud Administration
Oracle Service Cloud Analytics
Oracle Service Cloud Integration for Developers
