Onsite requirement: Minimum three days per week, with potential flexibility for remote work after initial weeks. Full-time onsite presence expected initially for integration and stakeholder meetings.
Interview: One or two rounds, including both competency-based and technical questions.

Summary:
The role supports all functions at the Griffin facility, focusing on designing and developing analytical tools.
Support multiple teams with data analytics needs.
Manage conflict and multiple priorities.
Work with large data sets and provide business insights.
Ability to read and write SQL at a high standard.
Microsoft Power BI/Power Apps: Must be skilled in using these tools for analytics and reporting.
ERP Data Analysis: Experience with ERP data would be beneficial.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
0-2 years preferred, but candidates with up to 5-6 years of relevant experience are also considered.
Intellectual curiosity and ability to manage large, complex data sets.
Soft skills and specific technical expertise in SQL and Power BI/Power Apps.
Familiarity with large ERP data sets is a plus
Generally, standard first shift hours with some initial flexibility for meetings with international counterparts.
Education:
Bachelors with 1 to 2 yrs of exp.
Associates with 3+ yrs of exp.
Masters with 1 yr. of exp.
Top skills:
Exp MS Office suite.
Power BI/Power Apps/Front-end analytics.
SQL development (ability to write/code)
Understanding of ERP data.
