Our consultant shall provide services for 40 hours weekly to perform the following activities to assist the Company’s SD team at the direction of the Company’s Technical Project Officer including but not limited to the following:

This position will provide SAP system maintenance for the NIDC, emphasizing process improvements and/or enhancements that meet isotope program requirements. The objective will be to foster efficient and effective business operations through support of existing processes as well as implementation of new functionality.

Primary responsibility will be sales and distribution (SD) integration across SAP modules.

Work performed will adhere to our client's software quality assurance standards and will support our client's project management requirements. Areas of emphasis include the following topics:

Sales processes with contracts, quotations, orders, deliveries, and invoices

Inventory management at material and batch levels

Pricing conditions, procedures, and calculation routines

Financial integration components

Master data objects

Standard and custom reporting options

Substitution and validation rules

Interfaces between SAP and coordinating systems

Workflow notifications for awareness and approval

Document management for electronic storage and retrieval

Qualifications

Minimum

Must be a US citizen.

Obtained a BS in Supply Chain Logistics, Information Systems, or similar field with 10 or more years of experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Demonstrated experience with the topics listed above, from either functional or technical perspective.

Confirmed familiarity with configuration as well as associated technical objects for areas listed above.

Have ability to analyze system settings, data values, and process steps for error resolution.

Have a proven track record of process improvement success by leveraging SAP system capability.

Exhibit strong communication skills, including preparation of process design documentation.

Execute thorough test plans for process confirmation.

Have a passion for working with customers to assess business requirements, to design process solutions, and to implement revisions.

Preferred

Have experience in ECC and S/4 Hana environments.

Have experience with Production Planning module and related SD integration points.

Have experience with Material Requirement Planning module and related SD integration points.

Have experience leading process improvement efforts through standard and proven methodologies.

Can coordinate actions with related teams, including technical developers and functional analysts.

Can participate as part of a team, in any capacity, or as an individual contributor.

Be self-motivated and customer focused, including desire to learn new functionality and/or technology.
