JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a Customer Advocate to support platform users/administrators.
Understand and troubleshoot our platform, cloud technologies, and provide solutions to complex technical issues.
Resolve technical cases created by customers, assisting them with platform functionalities and troubleshooting.
Analyze data to isolate potential issues and work collaboratively within the team to resolve them.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong understanding of Web Services (SOAP, REST).
Solid knowledge of network troubleshooting tools (e.g., Ping, Telnet).
Experience and familiarity with scripting languages, preferably JavaScript, and relational database concepts.
Contribute to reporting design, reliability issues, or bugs to engineering/software engineering teams.
