Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Design and deliver customized solutions to meet client needs.
Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues.
Provide end-user training and support.
Ensure data integrity and system security.
Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
