Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our healthcare client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and Agile methodologies, with the ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are productive and aligned with Agile principles

Collaborate closely with Product Owners to optimize product backlog and sprint planning

Mentor and train junior Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively

Implement and oversee project management tools and best practices

Create comprehensive reports on sprint progress and team performance

Work closely with Data and Infrastructure teams, understanding the technical aspects of their projects

Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and policies in all project activities
