Global Financial Firm located in IRVING, TX has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Java/Big Data Programmer
"This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule.
You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work.
We will be expected in the office weekly 3 days depending on the team requirement.
Video/ f2f interviews are required prior to all offers.
Employee will have minimum of 10 years of hand on technology development and 3 years of lead experience. They will be leading technology solutions development for Loss Forecasting/Stress Testing and Oversight Consent Order and Regulatory ask. Will have experience leading complex Tech applications using java spark, deep understanding of latest technology tools and trends, understand customer need, stature to communicate and influence partner stakeholders, business owner and technologists.
Demonstrating deep technical knowledge and expertise in software development, including programming languages, frameworks, and best practices.
Providing direction and guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Actively contributes to the implementation of critical features and complex technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets the highest standards of quality.
Collaborate with other Principal Engineers to define and evolve the overall system architecture and design.
Provide guidance on scalable, robust, and efficient solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
Offer expert engineering guidance and support to multiple teams, helping them overcome technical challenges, make informed decisions, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Evaluate their potential impact on the organization and provide recommendations for technology adoption and innovation.
