Responsibilities:
Perform duties to support the efforts to meet the Pharmacy Department goals and initiatives, which include improvement of Part D Stars measures. These duties involve administrative and technical support to ensure that all activities and deliverables are prepared and maintained in a professional and well-coordinated manner to comply with all Part D regulations and guidance. This position will oversee the medication adherence program initiatives as directed by the VP of Pharmacy. Responsible for reports and deliverables needed by the Pharmacy Department to meet all Part D regulations and departmental goals.

Qualifications:
Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1-3 years of experience in analyzing pharmacy claims data to identify trends and summarize outcomes, Knowledge of Part D regulations, PBM and Star Quality measures for Medicare is strongly preferred.

Computer literate, including Windows, Excel, Word, Visio, and data base programs required.

Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel is strongly needed.
