Senior Software Engineer opportuntiy in Lexington, MA!
An ACTIVE Security clearance is required
This individual will support the development of an advanced analytics data hub leveraging a repository of harmonized data, model development, and a user workbench based in a secure cloud. The data hub requires the development of pipelines for processing big data from wearable devices, electronic health records, and multi-omics data. Developing software to interface with local and cloud based APIs and databases, guide technical design and development, and handling PII in compliance with IL4 requirements. The ideal candidate will also have experience connecting geographic information systems with remote databases through API endpoints, writing dynamic web applications, and identify management.

- Object Oriented Software Design - 15yrs

- Experience in an agile operating model - 15yrs
- Strong Software Engineering experience - 15yrs
- Big Data Processing - 10yrs
- Pipeline architecture - 15yrs

- Bash Shell Scripting - 15yrs
- Docker - 11yrs
- Spring - 15yrs

Clearance:
Candidates should have an active clearance (secret/top secret, etc.) in order to be considered for this position due to the nature of the work being done.
Work from Home:
This position is HYBRID. The individual will be required to be onsite 1-2 days per month. Candidates are expected to be local at the time of the start of the assignment. Final scheduled TBD by hiring manager.
