Desktop Support Specialist

Desktop Support Specialist will provide support to Sr. Desktop Support Specialist

Contract: 12 week contract with possible extension

Payrate: $30-$35 hourly

Onsite Job Location: San Carlos, CA and San Jose, CA

Travel is required

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST (no overtime)

Job Description:

• Tier 1 hardware and software troubleshooting

• Good customer service experience and ability to explain technical issues to non techni

cal folks

• AV troubleshooting

• Printer troubleshooting

• Desk set ups

• Other tasks as assigned by IT

Required Technical Experience:

• Experience with Windows and Mac OS
• Experience with Dell and Lenovo laptops

• Troubleshooting experience with O365, Zoom, VPN, WiFi
