Job Requirements / Description
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our client's team. This role is pivotal in leading the successful implementation and optimization of the NetSuite ERP system. The consultant will serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the ERP integrator, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting the specific needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of the NetSuite ERP implementation, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Act as the primary liaison between business teams and the ERP integrator, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Maintain and distribute comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and status updates to stakeholders.
Implement project controls to manage risks and issues. Ensure that all deliverables meet established standards and deadlines.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and any potential opportunities.
Support business teams through organizational changes related to the ERP system implementation, ensuring a smooth transition.
Ensure the final ERP solution meets business requirements through rigorous testing and validation.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a specific focus on ERP implementations, particularly NetSuite.
Proven track record in successfully managing NetSuite ERP deployments, with a solid understanding of its modules and capabilities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information clearly for a variety of stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive collaboration across teams.
Proactive in identifying and resolving project challenges to ensure successful outcomes.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
