Business Systems Analyst

Mandatory Skills:

Strong understanding of customer master data management, including data standardization and data hygiene.

Experience with data cleansing techniques and tools.

Expertise in MDM, and customer matching techniques, including probabilistic matching and fuzzy matching.

Proficiency in SQL, data analysis and Interpretation

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience working as a Business System Analyst or similar role, with a focus on customer master data management.

Experience with data cleansing techniques and tools.

Familiarity with data hygiene best practices and strategies.

Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
