Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer for logistics, warehouse management, material handling, etc. Salary:$95k-115k plus a robust benefits package. This position can be hybrid.

Responsibilities:

Support the development, testing and deployment of the FulfillX software product

Identify, report, and track software defects using tools such as Azure Devops or Jira

Plan tests to acceptance criteria from functional requirements and manually execute test scenarios to pass them

Mentor Junior QA members and assist with debugging

Triage bugs and help debug if they are stuck to figure out the bugs validity

Write and generate automate tests for functional, regression, integration and performance testing

Create and maintain documentation including test cases, test data, and reports to ensure traceability and transparency

 

Education: Business or technical degree in Computer Science, software engineering, or a similar

Required Skills:

3+ years' of software testing

2+ year of development

Experience with SQL, SOAP, API, XML, REST

Experience with API integration

Experience with WMS/WES software platforms

Proven portfolio of projects

Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting and developing Warehouse control systems is preferred

Experience with C#, React, Java, or Selenium preferred

Experience with coordinating and collaborating with cross functional teams through multiple pieces of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Detailed understanding of logistics and IT processes
