Overview:
Provides advanced professional support to the UF Health Office of Advancement, focusing on data management for the Southeastern Healthcare Foundation (SER) and Children's Miracle Network (CMN). This role involves planning, implementing, and coordinating tasks related to managing constituent and gift records from multiple sources, with a strong emphasis on maintaining data integrity within the donor database (Raiser's Edge). The position requires the exercise of discretion, judgment, and problem-solving skills to support various project tasks, including producing high-level documents and managing dynamic databases using advanced software.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Education: Associate's Degree required, bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and/or experience considered Experience: One year of relevant experience is required. Skills: a. Organization: Must be highly organized with excellent time-management skills. b. Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. c. Communication: Strong verbal and analytical skills are essential. d. Adaptability: Must be adaptable and able to learn quickly. e. Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills are essential. f. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of computer skills and database management is required. g. Preference given to experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge or other donor database systems. Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Employees in this position: Will not operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose Licensure/Certification/Registration: None
