Clearance: Background Investigation Required

Position Overview:

The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile processes for the RAPID program, ensuring that the development teams follow Scrum practices and principles. This role involves coordinating sprints, managing the product backlog, and removing impediments to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

Guide the team in Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with product owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.

Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity.

Monitor and report on team performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile frameworks.
