HOW A JAVA DEVELOPER EXPERT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

? Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software

? Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems

? Translates software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks

? Implements the product's lifecycle: Design, development, quality, deployment and maintenance

? Develops and adheres to best-practices for developing applications

? Continuously contribute to team performance improvement and collaboration

? Solves problems creatively and effectively

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

? Education: BS in Computer Science or related field

? Required Experience: 15+ years of related experience

? Required Technical Skills:

Front End Skills: Single Page Applications (ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML), Responsive Design
Back End Skills: Microservices, REST, Node.js, JVM (Java - Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.), Database (Postgres, MySQL, etc.).
Build Tools: maven, gradle, grunt, gulp, git, tactical and strategic improvements to large scale Java/J2EE/ products,
Documented Experience with DevOps, CI/CD Routine
Documented Experience with Amazon Web Services (S3, RDS, EC2, ECS)
Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems
Translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks
Implement the product's lifecycle: Design, development, quality, deployment and maintenance
Develop and adhere to best-practices for developing applications

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

? Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Polygraph

? Required Skills and Abilities:

Documented Experience with DevOps, CI/CD Routine

Documented Experience with Amazon Web Services (S3, RDS, EC2, ECS)

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

? Preferred Skills:

Front End Skills: Angular, Salesforce
Documented Experience with Amazon Web Services (Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudFormation, etc.) Docker, Ansible.
Documented Experience with Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes
Excellent skills in RDBMS DB Schema design and SQL development

The likely salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
