ServiceNow Architect GRC

Remote Position

Client is seeking a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) to join our dynamic solutions team. This remote role is available for candidates in the US or Canada.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for GRC following industry standards.

Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other GRC tools.

Create and customize ServiceNow workflows, modules, and third-party risk assessment tools.

Develop GRC-related policies, procedures, and documentation.

Provide guidance and training on best practices for GRC in ServiceNow.

Maintain audit trails and reports for compliance purposes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure integration of GRC requirements into technology infrastructure.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience (implementation, integration, enhancement).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or GRC.

Strong understanding of GRC principles and regulations (e.g., SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA).

Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist in ITSM, GRC/IRM.

ITIL v3 certification preferred.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
