You will be part of a team that supports Small Tactical Unmanned Air Vehicle Systems utilizing your engineering and acquisition experience in the program office. You will apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.  Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.  Tracks program/project status and schedules.  Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Responsibilities:
Provide system engineering and acquisition support to Small Tactical Unmanned Air Vehicle Systems Program Office

International Sales Systems Engineer

Reviews nd edits airworthiness and other documentation in preparation for release to foreign partners

Provides engineering change proposals briefs to international partners

Support program management reviews and other meetings with foreign partners, case mangers

Keeps Airworthiness documentation, including Naval Air Training and Operations Procedures Standardization, Pocket Checklist and Naval Information Technical Information documents up to date for foreign partners.

Assists in resolving obsolescence issues

Supports engineering investigations, risk assessments, System Engineering Technical Reviews, and business case analyses

Qualifications:
Over 10 years of experience performing Systems Engineering functions

Experience performing management, technical and business case analyses

Knowledge of the PPBE process

Knowledge and expertise in Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System

Ability to collect, organize and interpret data relating to weapons, aircraft and project acquisition

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Department of Defense security clearance.

Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Desired Experience

Knowledge and expertise in UAS ISR Systems,

Knowledge and expertise in USMC Deputy Commandant, Combat Development Program and Resources policies and process

Knowledge and expertise in USMC DC CD&I and DC P&R policies and processes

Previous duty as the  UAS Integration Coordinator
