Job Description
Technical/Functional Skills
" Define the data requirements and structure for the application. Model and design the application data structure, storage and integration.
" Create custom data models for data discovery, mapping, and visualization.
" Work with IP21 team to get the data into CDF.
" Knowledge / Experience on CDF
" Prior Experience in ETL, SQL, Python
" Customer facing experience Excellent / Good communication skill
Roles & Responsibilities
" Gathers complete and accurate information on the nature, complexity, and urgency of customer issues and accurately records all information in customer contact software
" Takes ownership of and resolves customers' product issues via telephone, email, or in-person, meeting or exceeding stated service level agreement (SLA) timeframes
" Regularly executes case management best practices through clear and timely documentation of customer
