Job Requirements / Description
15+ years of IT experience and 5+ years in SM role
Experience in working with 5+ teams and work in Global Delivery model coordinating with associates in various time zones
Works with Product owner/Business Analysts/Scrum Masters/ RTE/Dev Teams on release plan execution
Should have experience in mentoring teams and experience in playing Agile coach role
Should coordinate agile ceremonies facilitating daily scrums , work effort retrospectives, showcases and spring planning sessions
