POSITION Learning Systems Migration Analyst (Workday)
LOCATION Remote
DURATION 11+ months
INTERVIEW TYPE Video
Notes:
• Moving from Workday to Saba Learning Hub due to CVS integration
• Needs to know Workday learning through and through
• Ability to configure / knows the workday learning and work ramp well
• Hands on analyst with some BA activities
• Integration/Implementation experience
• Understands how the system works
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Learning and Development, or a related field.
Proven experience with Workday Learning, Workramp, and Learning Hub or similar learning management systems.
Strong understanding of business process management and technical integration.
Experience with system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of data migration best practices and tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in project management or business analysis.
Experience in a similar migration project within a large organization.
Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
