Security Officers - Livonia, MI Area

Overview:
Titan Security is currently hiring for Security Officers to work at a location in the Livonia/Plymouth, Michigan area.

 

Candidates must be available to work the midnight shift, full time, and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

Responsibilities:
Perform thorough bag and ID checks for all individuals entering the building.

Monitor and control access points to maintain a secure environment.

Remain alert and responsive to any suspicious activities or security breaches.

Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, and take appropriate action.

Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Document and report any incidents or irregularities.

Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

 

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience as a security officer

• Driver’s license not required, but license and satisfactory DMV history allows broader assignment to a vehicular mobile patrol
• Bi-lingual considered a plus
