Job Requirements / Description
This role requires the following experience:
Certified Scrum Master (highly preferred)
Ability to manage delivery and agile/scrum activities for at least two (2) small/medium pod
Experience in Agile project management tools such as JIRA & Confluence
Experience leading projects with an onshore/offshore team model
Demonstrated ability to resolve team conflicts, remove roadblocks and communicate appropriately to ensure a team's success
Experience managing large projects with multiple work streams in various stages of development
Knowledge of SDLC and demonstrated experience employing SDLC in aspects of the project management process
