Pay Range: $43.00 - $47.00 per hour
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for hardware and software issues, including in-house and COTS applications.
Efficiently assess, triage, and escalate tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Develop, review, and update technical documentation and procedures, contributing to the knowledge base.
Coordinate and assist in workstation deployment and equipment refresh plans in collaboration with business lines.
Engage with IT Training Department to support and enhance hardware/software knowledge among users.
JOB REQUIREMENT
At least 2+ years of experience in IT support with a preference for those who have supported C-level executives.
Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to work onsite Mon-Fri in San Francisco, with a dedicated approach to delivering VIP level support.
Strong expertise in both hardware and software support.
Proven ability for efficient communication and documentation.
