IT Analyst Manager

Info-Matrix Corporation is hiring!!  We are looking for an IT MANAGER.  The ideal candidate will have project management experience and be responsible for delivering projects on time and resolving escalated issues.  They will need strong organizational and communication skills. They must have experienced in developing, presenting, documenting business requirements, understand how to develop, present, and interpret performance metrics, and executing plans. 

 

Day to Day Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares and executes projects and work plans.

Develops detailed system requirements, change requests, and test plans.

Works with end-users to understand problems and issues thoroughly and guides systems developers based on user needs.

Prioritizes user problems and design requests.

Reviews and revises documentation accordingly.

Prepares and presents materials to stakeholders, including project plans, analysis, presentations, and business metrics.

Tracks team progress toward project plan goals.

 

Qualifications:

Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project required.

Business intelligence tools such as: PowerBI or Tableau required.

5+ years’ project management.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on team management.

Minimum 7 years of work experience in a technology-related field required.

Occasional travel within PA may be required.
