Drive System Optimization: You'll review, analyze, and evaluate IT systems to ensure they operate at peak efficiency. Your insights will help shape the future of our technology landscape.
Understand & Translate User Needs: Work closely with users to understand their needs, requirements, and pain points. You'll then translate these into actionable recommendations that improve system performance and user satisfaction.
Be the Go-To Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between our users and the engineering/development teams, ensuring clear communication and a smooth workflow.
Problem-Solve: Identify, document, and track system issues, driving them to resolution while keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.
Shape Technical Requirements: Play a key role in converting business needs into formal technical requirements, contributing to the success of our projects.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
Problem Solver: A knack for identifying issues and coming up with innovative solutions.
Communicator: Strong ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
