Job Description: GDH is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer to work with our client.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our fully remote team supporting our client. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced ServiceNow solutions that meet our clients business needs. You will have deep knowledge of core modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management, as well as advanced modules or custom application development. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop custom applications, and ensure the optimal performance and functionality of the ServiceNow platform.
Note: Our ServiceNow instance is hosted on-premises, making it crucial for candidates to have substantial experience in supporting and managing on-prem ServiceNow environments. Experience with the unique challenges and nuances of on-premises deployments is essential for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and Customization: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including custom scripts, workflows, and integrations.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior developers and other team members. Review and enhance existing code and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate these requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Business Rules: Develop and manage complex business rules to automate processes and ensure system integrity.
APIs and Integrations: Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange between ServiceNow and other systems.
